ESTABLISHED 1824
THE E. INGRAHAM COMPANY
MANUFAOTURERS OF
DEC? 1928
CLOCKS AND WATCHES
BRISTOL, CONN.
U.S.A.
December 6th, 1928.
Mr. C. B. Lee,
United States Radium Corp
,
535 Pearl St.
New York, N. Y.
My dear Mr. Lee:-
Was very much interested in the information that you and Mr.
Barber gave us on radium poisoning and also on the general radium
situation.
I have taken the liberty of writing to Dr. Stoll giving him in
brief your views regarding poisoning through the air. This is quite
a
technical subject and while it might not be of any consequence if I
misstated you in any way I thought well to send you a copy of the letter
so that you could correct me if any of the statements are in error.
Dr. Stoll seemed quite interested and informed on the subject so that
I thought he would be interested in your views which, of course, are
the result of more experience with this malady than probably any other
concern has had.
We will be very glad to have yourself or Mr. Barber talk over
any of our employees with Dr. Flinn, and particularly Miss Dube. Will
also plan to have an exposed air test and a gamma ray test on Miss Dube
to further check the question as to whether there is any possibility
of her having absorbed any radium in any amount.
