Gentlemen: Referring to your letter of December 31st, regard- ing an action instituted by Charles W. Weeks on behalf of Ethelwynne Metz (nee Peer) and Edward Metz her husband, and Helen Tuck (nee Phillips) and Walter Tuck her husband: We are glad to advise that upon checking our office records we find that the copy of the Summons & Complaint was sent to your New York office on Park Ave,N.Y.C., by registered mail, under date of December 19th. We have today been in communication with your New York office, and are advised that Mr. Lee's letter is in their possession, and that they will communicate their disposition in this matter to you.
