Dear Mr. Snith:
I am herewith returning the affidavit, drawn
yesterday afternoon, in the case of Meta & Tuck vs. United
States Radium Corporation, duely signed.
You will note that I have ande some pencil
corrections on page 2, which will probably necessitate retype:
ing this particular page.
In the event that this affidavit is not entire-
ly satisfactory I wish you would communicate with me this
afternoon for we expect to be closed Friday and Saturday of
this week.
