March 2nd,1929. Dr. Herman Schlundt, University of Missouri, New Chemistry Bldg., Room 110, Columbia, Mo. Dear Dr. Schlundt: We ere today advised by Mr. Markley that Mr. Berry has consented to have Mrs. Canfield examined at his office on Sunday March 17th, at 10 d'clock in the morning. Mr. Berry, however, has made certain stipulations with regard to this test, and one is that Dr. Flinn shall not be present or participate, but that he is willing to allow you to make the electroscopic test. He has also made another request regarding the medical men which we have present. This request I presume our attorneys will recognize. They are anxious to know whether you will be qvailable on this date. Please wire regarding your availability as soon as possible after receipt of this letter. You will then hear further from us as to whether we will wish you to come on. We trust that you had a pleasant trip home and felt fit for your many duties at the University. Sincerely yours, HHBarker:RH Vice President.
