March 6th,1929. Dr. F. Failla, c/o Memorial Hospital, 106th St. & Central Park W., N.Y.C. Dear Dr. Failla: We have completed the exemination of the standard radium solution which you gave me one day nt the Memorial Hospital. By boiling off the emenation with nitric aoid we find that the specimen shows 2.5 x 10-8 grams per cc. While bubbling air through the solution gives us the value of 2.6 X. 10-8 grams per cc.
