Gentlexen:
Referring to our lettér of Narch 19th, and
Markloy's roply of March 20th, relative to payment of
fees for experta in the cases of Tuck and Bets:
Ne ara adviaed that the billa of Doctora Stiener
and Daboden, as well as those of Dr. Schlundt, for services
rendered around Earoh 15th, have not been paid as yet, and
wa feel that in order for us to retain the good will of these
men that it is important these bills be taken care of.
In the case of Dr. Schlundt, you will recali that
he came at your request and, his trip East involved consider-
able expense on his part in addition to his fees for his
services, and there is no reason why De. Schlundt should be
asked to wait for resuneration for monoys expended as vell
as charges for professional services.
We trust that you will give this matter your
prompt attention.
Very truly yours,
HHBarkersRE
Vice President.
