note that Berry wants to take the testimony of Doctors
Krumbhaar, Ewing, Craver and Fialla. If you read my
letter to Messrs. Potter & Berry, it will indicate that
we are clearly setting forth on the record that Mr. Berry
is the moving party in this proceeding.
