Gentlemen:- At the conference June 13th, it was agreed that Doctors Imboden and Steinert, examined the X-Tays of the claimants, their fee should be charged as a general expense, and the same decision also applies to the account of Dr. Schlundt, as was admitted that the doctors presence in the East was for the purpose of discussing all the cases. Three items relate to the case of Canfield and must be assumed by the New Amsterdam Cas. Co. and Globe Indemnity Co. as follows: Harry Schirmer $65.00 Dr. Brothers 25.00 Wm. J. McCarthy 262.00 Of these the New Amsterdam Casualty Go. paid a share of the last and we therefore enclose draft to your order of $45.00 covering its 50% share of the first two. Apparently we are liable under the agreement to advance 1/5 of the following account.
