Dr. H. E. Howe, Editor,
Industrial and Engineering Chemistry,
Mills Bd.,
Washington, D.C.
Dear Mr. Howe:
I am advised by Dr. that he has
submitted a letter pretaining to the subject of monopiy
by our Belgian friends in the July issue and, that you have
an editorial on this subject in the same issue.
I receive the Journals of the American Chemical
Society at my home address - that is in South Orange, N.J. but
expect to be away from the office for the next six or seven
weeks. Will you, therefore, kindly mail a copy of the Journal
carrying thise articles to the attention of Mr. C. B. Lee, at
the address on the top of this letter and, bill us accordingly.
Very truly yours,
