Nn.A CLASS A STOCK Sharrs Without Par Value United States Racrum Corporation Incorporated under the Laws of the State of Delaware This Certifirs that is the owner of full paid and non-assessable shares, without par value, of the Class A Stock of UNITED STATES RADIUM transferable on the books of the Cor- poration by the holder hereof in person or by duly authorized attorney, upon surrender of this Certificate properly endorsed. The destgnations, preferences and relative, participating, optional or other special rights of each class of stock and the qualifications, limitations or restrictions of such preferences and/or rights are made in the Certificate of the Corporation filed and recorded pursuant to law and are printed upon the back of this Certificate, to all the provisions of which the holder of this Certificate bu the acceptance hereot assents and agrees to be bound thereby and by all amendments thereof made as provided by law. This Certificate is not valid until countersigned by the Transfer Agent and regisfered by the Registrar Tituros the seal of the Corporation and the signatures of its duly authorized officers.
