value of $50. a share, of the $7 Cumulative First Preferred Stock of UNITED STATES RADIUM CORPORA-
TION, transferable on the books of the Corporation by the holder hereof in person or by duly authorized attorney, upon surrender
of this Certificate properly endorsed.
The designations, preferences and relative, participating, optional or other special rights of each class of
stock and the qualifications, limitations or restrictions of such preferences and/or rights are made in the Certificate
of the Corporation filed and recorded pursuant to law and are printed upon the back of this Certificate, to all the
provisions of which the holder of this Certificate by the acceptance hereof assents and agrees to be bound thereby
and by all amendments thereof made as provided by law.
