Dr. Herman Schlundt,
University of Hissouri,
Columbia,
Mo.
Dear Dr. Schlundt:
A few days ago I had a letter from Dr.
Lind giving me his available dates during the next few
months, and on the basis of this letter our attorneys
appeared before the court in which the Canfield case is to
come up and set March 10th, as the date which this trisl
should start. Dr. Lind will not be available on March
10th, but will be available on Karch 13th to 15th, and it
is the thought of our connsel that they can take such
testimony as will be required of Dr. Lind during that time.
Dr. Lind and Dr. moore both expect to be
in the East on January 17th, Dr. bind in Washington and
Dr. Moore in New York, and our counsel has asiced us to
call for a conference with yoursolf, Dr. Lind and Dr. "obre
on this date. The points to be discussed are the matters
pretaining to the suits, and I hope that it will be possible
for you to attend this conference. Please advise ne as
soon as possible regarding such possibilities. Lind and
Moore I am sure will be available.
Sincerely yours,
Vice President.
