OFFICE OF THE DEAN
Mr. Howard H. Barker,
U. S. Radium Corporation,
535 Pearl St., New York:
Dear Barker:
As you will probably be circulating the literature and abstracts per-
taining to your suit soon, I am writing to let you know that I will be away next
week from Feb. 10 to Feb. 13 incl. If you happen to route the material so that
Dr. Schlundt would be through with it by the time I reach his place on Feb. 13,
I could pick it up there.
I will wait to send in the questions suggested by Mr. Smith until I
have looked over this material if that is agreeable to you.
I hope you are having no trouble with your dates for the suit. Please
let us know as soon as they are final.
I enclose an accoubt for my services and travel Expenses in January.
As you will see I have charged one third of my trip to you and for one half day's
services.
If this is not satisfactory, please let me know.
With best regards, sincerely yours,
S. C. Lind
