Gentlemen:
This is to adviso that we have been in telephone communion-
tion mith Dra. Bowings Poble and Stevens, and that the garliest
poasible date mbich soema cutually agroeable to thase cen ia l'onday,
Fobruary 24th. February 220d, probably mould have auited, but in
vies of the faot that this is a legal holiday it seaced bost to set
londay the 24th.
As soon as you have information as to where thoae deposi-
tions will be taken in Chicago, I wish you would adviso us so that
we pay appoint a common beeting place for these sen, convenient to
the place where depositions will be taken.
It might be bell for us to bake a rough draft of the
questions we propoge to ask these zen and circulate it among then
in order that they may bo faniliar aith the general trpe of
exacination to which they aill be subject.
