Gentlemen:
Kindly reserve a suite of two rooms for February 24th.
We wish to use one of these rooms for a conference room,
and will leave the matter of proper selection to your discretion.
We expect to arrive in Chicago at 9 o'clock on the morning
of the 24th, and will wish to use the rooms immediately.
The rooms should be reserved in the name of the writer.
