attorneys for the defendant:
SIRS:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the plaintiffs demond of you, within
five days after the sorvice of this notice upon you, written admissions
to the following:
1. That Arthur Roader vas director of the defendant
corporation from April 26, 1928 to April 27, 1928.
2. That Arthur Roeder was the president of the defend-
ant corpoestion on March 12, 1924.
3. That Sabin A. Von Sochooky was the Technical Manag-
er of the defendent corporation from its incoption unt: il May 25, 1921.
4. That from aptember 1, 1916 to March 30, 1918, the
United States Radium Corporation, defendant, was engaged in the
facture of a certain commercial product jonom as "Undark".
5. That between September 1, 1916 end March 30, 1918,
the defendant corporation was engaged in the business of applying the
said commorcial product known as "Undark" to the munerols on the diols
of watches.
6. That soid comercial product known as "Undark" con-
tained several ingredients among which were ninc-sulphide, radium and
mesothorium solts.
