OFFICE OF THE DEAN
March 7, 1930
Mr. Howard H. Barker,
10 1956
Vice President,
U.S. Radium Corporation,
535 Pearl Street,
New York City.
Dear Mr. Barker:
I have your letter of March 5 stating that
the trial will proceed next week as originally planned.
I regret that it is too late for me to arrange to be
in New York on Wednesday as I have an important meeting
here Tuesday noon. I shall therefore arrive Thursday
morning and will be available on Thursday and Friday,
and if necessary Saturday morning, according to the
original schedule of the trial.
I have received the book from Dr. Moore
containing the material which you collected, and will
either bring it with me to New York or send it by
parcels post.
If the other side prolongs its case, I
suppose it is quite possible that the whole trial may be
delayed by as much as a day beyond present expectations.
Sincerely yours,
C find
