United States Radium Gorp. v. American Mutual Liabili to Ins. Co. -3645
Mr. Josiah Strykor,
Lindabury, Depue & Faulks,
763 Broad St.,
Newark, N.J.
Dear Mr. Stryker:
Your analytical letter, advising against the
institution of suit for the recovery of sums of money expended by us
on behalf of the American Mutual Liability Insurance Co., in the
settlement of the"five cases, was presented to our Directors at a
formal meeting held last Thursday.
It was decided to abide by your recommendations in
the matter, and therefore, we will not legally press our claim, as
the hazard involved in present litigation and future suits that may
be started, seens toogreat to warrant a test of our position on the
Statute of Limitations.
Very truly yours,
President.
