We have your letter of the 26th under the caption Ruth Saxer (Nee Ruth Winters) We note from your letter a reference to the claim of Mrs. .Henry. This is the first information that has come to us regarding such claimant. Please advise us when she was employed by you, letting us have such information as you can regarding her claim. We also note from the second paragraph of your letter that one of the cases, either that of Mrs. Henry or Mrs.Hoare, is in suit. We have no record of such a suit, and would ask that you let us have further information regarding this litigation, if the plaintiff was employed during our polioy period. You understand, or course, that we cannot unconditionally assume your liability regarding this case until we have further data and can determine whether the matter is one which falls to us under the policy you carried with us.
