Gentlemen: In re: 1-0-517717 Mrs Henry VS United states
Radium Corporation.
We have your letter of the 26th under the caption Ruth Saxer
(Nee Ruth Winters) We note from your letter a reference to
the claim of Mrs. .Henry.
This is the first information that
has come to us regarding such claimant. Please advise us
when she was employed by you, letting us have such information
as you can regarding her claim. We also note from the second
paragraph of your letter that one of the cases, either that
of Mrs. Henry or Mrs.Hoare, is in suit. We have no record
of such a suit, and would ask that you let us have further
information regarding this litigation, if the plaintiff was
employed during our polioy period. You understand, or course,
that we cannot unconditionally assume your liability regarding
this case until we have further data and can determine whether
the matter is one which falls to us under the policy you carried
with us.
Yours very truly,
BEE) MC
