Re: Metz and Tuck VS. U.S. Radium Corp.
My dear Doctors:
Te have arranged to have the physicals,
X-rays and electroseopic examinations of the plaintiffs in
the above=entitled matter take place on Wednesdey, August
6th, 1930, at the followi ng times:
(a) At the Newark City Hospital (Dr. Mortland's
Labatories), They will be subjected to the electroscopic
tests by Dr. Schlundt end m s assistant, or associate, at
9 A.M., daylight saving time.
Following the conclusion of the electro-
scopie tests, the girls will thon be taken by automobile
to
(b) Newark Memorial Hospital, #16 - 12th Avonue,
Newark, N.J., where they will be examined by you and by
Dr. Maver, who is an X-TRY expert.
I am arrenging with Dr. Maver to attend.
will you please arm nge to be present at the Newark Nemorial
Hospital at 11 o'clock? Dr. Rector will arrange to take
Dr. Maver. Dr. Brothers will proceed from bis home.
