Radium Corporation DEC 1 1930 535 Pearl St. New York City My dear Mr. Barker: In answer to your letter of November 26 calling Dr. Moore's attention to the date for the Tuck and Metz trial, which is set for Monday, January 5, I regret to state that Dr. Moore has been seriously ill for several weeks and no doubt will be wholly unable to attend the trial.
