Markley Upon instructions of Mr. H. H. Barker, Vice Fresident of the United States Radium Corporation, I send you herewith an account for my expenses and services in coming to New York last week in connection with one of the radium poisoning cases. In view of the fact that I had ther business in the East, I present you with en account of expenses only for the one way trip only to New York and for the time I was there.
