Dear Mr. Markley:
I am herewith enclosing copy of a letter
addressed to Mr. George W. Pesinger, of the New Amsterdam
Casualty Company, and Mr. Burton E. Emory of the Aetna
Life InsuranceCompany, with reference to the proposed
settlement of the Stasi case.
As soon as we have heard from these
gentlemen approving of the plan outlined we shall be ready
to close this case.
