Mr. E. A. Markley,
Collins & Corbin,
1 Exchange Pl.,
Jersey City, N.J.
Dear Mr. Markley:
A few lines from Dr. Schlundt advises
that his Spring vacation is from April 2nd to 6th, and that
it would be convenient for him to come to New York at that
time, if we desired his services in the Metz case.
As you will recall I told you some little
time ago that Dr. Lind's vacation is from March 2lst, to 30th.
It seems to me that if we are to fix a date for trial this
Spring it should fall within the period of March 21st to
April 6th. It is apparent that we cannot fix a date which
would be wholly satisfactory for both men but I am in hopes
that in the event that we fix a date falling between these
periods that we can make arrangements to have both men
present.
Sincerely yours,
Vice President.
