Dr. Herman Schlundt,
University of Missouri,
Columbia, No.
Dear Dr. Schlundt:
I have advised Mr. Markley of the time
of your Spring vacation, also of the time of Dr. Lind's
vacation.
In case we go to trial this Spring we
shall endeavor to fix the date within the periods of your
vacations, depending upon the convenience of the Court, as
well as our attorneys.
I am a little doubtful as to our going to
trial as soon as this, for up to the present time we have
not had the hearing which was set for January 26th. Tie
probably will not have this hearing for another two weeks
or so.
As you appreciate there are many delays
in these proceedings for one reason or another.
Sincerely yours,
Vice President.
