Dear Dr. Schlundt:
Ir. Winens, who represents Mrs. Metz in
her suit against this corporation, is at present confined to
the hospital, and it is very doubtful if the matter of the statute
of limitations will be argued for some little time - at the
best it would seem that this case is not likely to come up for
trial before some time next fall.
I shall endeavor to give you advance notice
as to when we may desire your services in this matter.
