Dear Mr. Emory: Herewith memorandum of conference with Mr. La Porte and his attorney which was dictated by Mr. Barker, with copy of letter to the Globe Indemnity Company, and the New Amsterdam Casualty Company. From these enclosures you will note that your company is probably not involved at all in this case since your policy was written in 1919, whereas the employment of Mrs. La Porte was in 1917 and 1918.
