Dear Sir:
Your letter October 9th stating the proposed
settlement of the claim of the Estate of Irene La Porte
has been received and filed.
We hereby agree should it be evetually decided
that we are liable for a share of this loss that we will
offer no defense on the grounds that the amount paid
was excessive or that the adjustment was not made by
the insurance companies interested.
