Dear Madam:
In my recent letter I neglected to state that your
bills should be sent to Dr. James Ewing, Cornell University Medical
College, lst Ave. & 28th St., N.Y.C., for approval, and he in
turn will forward to us for payment.
The bill enclosed with your letter of January 8th, has
been passed on to Dr. Ewing, and me presume he will return it to
us in due course.
