RE: Madlinger vs. U. S. Radium Corporation
Edwin F. Smith, Esq.
1 Exchange Place
Jersey City, N. J.
Dear Ed:
Herewith copy of letter from Mr. Weeks in
the above re physical examinations of Mrs. Madlinger.
I understand that you desire to use Dr.
Rector as the surgeon. I suggest Dr. James David-
son of Newark as the oral surgeon for the dental
work and Dr. Baker as the x-ray expert. I think
all of the examinations could be held in Dr. Baker's
office. Please advise whether you agree and if so
I can arrange for the time and place, or if you de-
sire to do so I am perfectly satisfied. I think
these examinations should be made promptly because
the trial is rapidly approaching.
We should also consider the question of
demanding further particulars of the claims of the
plaintiffs. I have drafted a demand for particulars
which follows the demand in the Metz case. Herewith
enclosed find copy. If satisfactory please advise
at once and I shall have Mr. Weeks served with same.
I am sending a copy of this letter to Mr.
Barker, Vice President of the United States Redium
Corporation, for his suggestion.
Yours very truly,
COLLINS & CORBIN
