December 16,1932 Mr Sidney Sher, 12 Bark Ave., Rutherford, N.J. Dear Mr. Sher: I regret that Mr. Markley of Co lins & Corbin, was unable to keep the appointment on Monday, and also that he has been tied up pretty much all week at court. Perhaps the better way from your standpoint would be for you to contact him directly, and arrange your meeting with him when he has the time - either before you go on your vacation trip or upon your return. Since the principal question at the moment seems to be a Legal one, it is really not necessary for me to be present at your conference. Very truly yours, President. CBLee: RH
