U.S. Radium Corp:AN 20 1933 My dear Mr. Lee: You will remember that although this case was pending in the United States District Court, for the District of New Jersey, the plaintiff filed a bill in the Court of Chancery seeking to restrain the defendant from setting up the plea of the Statute of Limitations. It was thought wise to remove this case to the United States District Court rather than to let it remain in the Chancery Court.
