Dear Mr. Markley:
lie are returning herewith petition for renoval
of the above mentioned case properly executed.
In a sealous monent in order to be as helpful
as possible We sent the bond doun to the American Surety
Company for execution es we thought the affidavit by our
secretary could not be mede until after the bond was com-
plete. The American Surety are sending it on to their Jer-
sey City representative for endorsement, and he in turn will
deliver it to your office.
