RE: 15302-621 = CATHERINE CONNOLLY_vs 1.s. Radium_Corp.
Gentlemen:
Answering your letter of March 22 on the above men-
tioned cape, we have written to Mr. Markley of Collins & Cor-
bin that it is our understanding that you participate in the
defense of this action with a full reservation under the terms
of your policy as to the question of coverage, etc.
Just as soon as we have word from Messrs. Schneider
& Schneider as to Mrs. Connolly's maiden name we shall pass
along to you whatever information our records show as to her
term of employment.
