through our statutory representatives, The Corporation Trust
Company, of Now Jersey, a Bill in Equity in the above entitled
action. You will please note that we have twenty days in which
to file an enswer.
The original Bill served on us we are sending to
Mr. Smith, with a copy to Itr. Markley.
Kindly handle this in your usual way.
