The above-entitled matter has been set down for
hearing for June 4th, 1934 at Newark. I think it would be
wise if you could ascertain from Professor Schlundt and
Professor Lind if they could be available at that time, and
that you, Mr. Lee, Mr. Markley and myself have a conference
shortly and ascertain just what witnesses we want.
