Gentlemen:
Please be advised that Judge Forman communicated
with me by telephone on the 13th and stated that he would begin
the trial of the above case on June 4th and would continue with
it until it was finished, even though it took a week.
Mr. Emmerglick has also written me stating that
he would present the testimony of ten witnesses and that his side
of the case would take about two days.
I think we had better plan to have our witnesses
who come from a distance, in court not later than June 5th and
the local witnesses should be in court on June 4th. In fact,
we should confer with them before June 4th.
Yours very truly,
EAM:AG
