effects thereof, and the said substances still continue to gradually destroy
and break down the component parts of the body of the plaintiff.
10. By means of and es a direct and proximate result of
the carelessneas and negligence of the defendant, as aforessid, the plaintiff,
Lacy M. Sullivan, was rendered sick, sore, lane and disordered and will in
the future be sick, sore, lome end disordered and her general health was in
peired and in the future will continue to be impaired, and she suffered great
pain and inconvenience and will in the future suffer great pain and incon-
venience and she sustained serious and permanent injuries to her head, body
and linbs, all of which is to her damage.
11. This esuse of action arose within tvo yeazs of the
filing of this suit and the commencement of this action.
12. The amount involved exceeds the sum of Three Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.00), exclusive of interest and costs.
Danages will bo claimed by the plaintiff against the
defendant under this count in the sum of One hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00), together with costs of this suit to be taxed.
SECOND COUNT
1. The plaintiff repeats the allegations of the First Count
and mokes then a part hereof.
2. By means of and as a direct result of the negligeace and
carelessness of the defendant, as aforeseid, end the ensuing injuries sus-
tained, the plaintiff has been end will be obliged to apend large suns of
money for sedicines and medical attention, surgeons and surgieal attendance,
dentists, nurses, hospitels, eare end attention for herself.
3. By means of and es a direct reaut of the negligence and
carelesaness of the defendant, es aforesaid, and the ensuing injuries
tained, the plaintiff was disabled from following her usual occupation and here
earning power was impaired end will in the future be impaired, and ahe will be
deprived of future earnings.
