Dear Mrs. Farrell:
I have discussed with our attorneys your
reaction toward testifying in our behalf in a suit which
is to be tried shortly, and at the moment our attorneys
hope that they will be able to accede to your wishes by
not calling you at this time.
However, should the situation change, and
they decide it necessary to produce you as a witness, I
will communicate further with you.
