Fath May 28, 1934. Dr. S. C. Lind, Director, School of Chemistry , University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minn. Dear Dr. Lind: The hearings in the LaPorte case are to be held in the Federal Court, Lefeourt Building, Newark, N. J., which is very close to the Robart Treat Hotel. We are, therefore, engaging a room for you at that hotel, as we believe you will find it both convenient and a com- fortable place to atog. It is very close to the Hudson Tubes, which makes communication to New York quite a simple matter. Indications at the monent are that this trial is going to "be rather prolonged unless sonething unforessen develops. We shall look forward to discussing the questions with you and other matters perti- nent toyour testimony prior to your taking the stand. with kind regards, I an, Sincerely yours, HHBarker:KE Vice-President
