Dear Dr. Lind:
This will acknowledge receipt of your lot
ter of June 6th stating that you are not available during
the week of September 10th on account of the American
Chemical Society Meeting in Cleveland. As usually happens,
Judge Forman set this particular week to hear the case in
question.
Howevor, our attorneys are trying to arrange
to take your testimony during the week of September 17th;
probably the early part of the week.
