Dear Dr. Pohle:
We are glad to herewith send you our check cover-
ing bill for your services in connection with testimony taken
in Chicago, on May 21, 1934.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and
hope that we have not unduly delayed in remitting.
For your information, I may say that three days
prior to going to trial in this case, the Judge who was to sit,
postponed the natter until September 10th. We do hope, however,
that wa will go ahead at that time.
I wish to thank you for your invitation to call
upon you should I be in Madison, and assure you I will be glad
to do this.
