I beg to ackmowledge receipt of Markley's
lettera of hugust lat and August 6th rolative to date set
for the trial of the above referred to cano.
I assune from Lasso lettero that will not
definitely know prior to onrly in September whether it
will be necessary for as to go to telal on September 17th
or if the Judge will postpone the hearing until October
15th or leter. Should he insist upon our going to triml
on Septenber 17th, the tise for proparation gould be rather
short. I ea, howerver, advising Dr. Lind as to the situatica
