Mr. E. A. Markley,
%Collins & Corbin,
n Exchange Place,
Jerasy Gity, N.J.
Dear Mr. Markley:
In discussing the LePorte case with Dr.
Schlundt after taking his deposition, I was quite
forcibly impressed by the foct that he really knew
nothing regarding what it was all about, and he ex-
pressed the ides that had he known the points at issue,
he believed he would have been able to more intelligent-
ly answer a good many of the questions; especially under
cross examination.
I an, therefore, enclosing a memorandum which
I have dictated, which is self explanatory. I will appre-
ciate it if you will go over this, making eny corrections
that you deen necessary, or additions. Also, whother you
believe it advisable to place a memorandum such as this
in the hands of our expert witnesses prior to their going
on the stand.
Very truly yours,
HHBarker: DK
