C 0 P Y MILTON M. UNGER COUNSELLOR AT LAW Lefcourt-Newark Building Newark, N. J. August 29, 1934 Collins & Corbin, 1 Exchange Place, Jersey City, N. J. Re: LaPorte V. U. S. Radium Attention: Mr. Markley Gentlemen: Some time ago you furnished me with a photo- static copy of the employment record of the plaintiff's de- cedent. According to that record, she left the em- ployment of the defendant on December 11, 1918. I have just learned that she went back to work for a few months the latter part of 1920 or early in 1931. I would appreciate your having the records examined to ascertain whether you have any record of this period of employment. If so, I would appreciate your letting me have a copy of it as you did of the other. Please also consider the information stated herein as an amendment to the bill of particulars furnished in each of the actions. If either of these requests is not agreeable please advise me. Very truly yours, E:D LEONARD J. EMMERGLICK FOR MILTON M. UNGER:
