Gentlemen:
Some time ago you furnished me with a photo-
static copy of the employment record of the plaintiff's de-
cedent.
According to that record, she left the em-
ployment of the defendant on December 11, 1918. I have just
learned that she went back to work for a few months the latter
part of 1920 or early in 1931.
I would appreciate your having the records
examined to ascertain whether you have any record of this
period of employment. If so, I would appreciate your letting
me have a copy of it as you did of the other.
Please also consider the information stated
herein as an amendment to the bill of particulars furnished
in each of the actions. If either of these requests is not
agreeable please advise me.
