Dear Mr. Markley:
In regard to the above case; it seens to
me that we should defend this in as thorough manner as
any of the cases which are being defended by the Insurance
Companies. I think your suggestion for an investigator is
quite in order and would approve of such a procedure. You
will of course keep the expense as low as possible.
Any time at your convenience, I will be
evailable for a conference on the matter.
