Att'n Mr. Leonard J. Ennerglick.
Dear Mr. Emmerglick:
I today spoke to Judge Forman in regard
to continuing the final hearing until October 15th,
and he is agreeable to that plan. However, he has not
yet worked out his calendar and cannot give us a defin-
ite date. I told him we would require about two weeks
for the final hearing.
As soon as he has hed a chence to go
over his calendar with the clerk of the court, he will
give us the first available date after October 15th.
Yours very truly,
EDWARD A. MARKLEY.
