Howard H. Barker, Esq.,
Vice Pres., U. S. Radium Co.
535 Pearl St.,
New York City.
Dear Sirs:
Reiterating my telephonic talk of to-
day, please be advised that Judge Forman has advised
me that he is agreeable to the adjournment of the
final hearing in the above case until October 15th
or later, depending upon the condition of his calen-
dar. He believes that the U. S. Attorney has arranged
a criminal calendar for the week of October 15th, but
he will give us the first available date thereafter,
and he will arrange to give us two weeks in which to
dispose of the case.
I am writing a letter to Mr. Emmerglick,
advising him of my talk with Judge Forman, a copy of
which is enclosed.
Yours very truly,
Community
