Vice Pres., United States Radium Corp.
535 Pearl Street,
New York City.
Dear Sirs:
Herewith copies of answers to interrogatories
in the above; also copy of letter to Mr. Unger, attention of
Mr. Ennerglick, sending him the original interrogatories and
calling his attention to the fact that our company did not
exist prior to October 1, 1917.
On the trial of the case we should have a cer-
tified copy of the certificate of incorporation of the United
States Radium Corporation. This certificate would be in the
name of Radium Luminous Material Corporation as of October 1,
1917. We should also have a certified copy of the certificate
of change of name and the minute books so that it may be shown
from those books how our company acquired the assets of the
New York corporation known as Radium Luminous Material Cor-
poration.
Yours very truly,
EAM: AG
