Dear Dr. Lind:
The latest information is that we should like
to have you available in Newark on December 3rd. As previous-
Iy pointed out, we expect the plaintiffs to put their case
in on Mondey, Tuesday and Wednesday, starting November 26th,
and we in turn will have to put in the defense starting on or
about December 3rd. lie shall make reservations at the Robert
Troat ilotel, Newark, N.J., advising then that you will arrive
sone time during the day.
We are preparing considerable information that will
be helpful in enabling you to testify to the focts which se
wish to develop, as well as prepare you in a way for cross exc-
amination by the plaintiffs¹ attorney. I hope to get this data
off to you some time during the week.
